Kia India’s Ambitious Expansion Plans

Kia India has announced its intention to ramp up its sales and service network, aiming to establish approximately 700 touchpoints across 300 cities by the end of the year. Currently, the automaker boasts 522 touchpoints spread across 236 cities.

Targeted Market Expansion

With a focus on strengthening its presence in Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets, which contribute 40% to its overall network, Kia India aims to enhance accessibility for customers. Additionally, the company is keen on expanding its reach in Tier-4 and upcountry markets to broaden its customer base.

Strategic Approach

Hardeep Singh Brar, National Head of Sales & Marketing at Kia India, expressed the company’s commitment to its 2.0 strategy. He emphasized the goal of expanding the touchpoints network to over 700 by the year’s end, aligning with Kia’s vision to cater effectively to its customers nationwide.

Embracing Sustainability

In line with its focus on sustainability, Kia India plans to introduce the green workshop concept. It encourages its dealer partners to transition to eco-friendly workshops, reflecting the company’s dedication to environmental consciousness and responsible business practices.

Pre-Owned Network Expansion

Kia India also aims to bolster its certified pre-owned network, with plans to increase the number of outlets to 100 by the end of 2024. Currently, the company operates 59 such outlets across the country, offering customers additional options and further extending its reach in the market.
