Coverlam Tiles in CA House

The CA House, nestled in Spain, occupies a rectangular plot measuring 16 meters wide and 30 meters long. It boasts accessibility from the North facade and is flanked by neighboring structures on other sides, creating a unique architectural setting. Grespania’s Coverlam porcelain tiles play a pivotal role in seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces within CA House.

Design Concept

CA House’s design revolves around maximizing the occupiable area within local regulations. This approach results in a compact and orderly structure characterized by straight, clean lines, reminiscent of Mediterranean architecture that complements its coastal location. The house spans across three levels — a basement, ground floor, and first floor — with the ground floor housing the living area. An exterior porch extends along the south and west facades, creating a sheltered transition zone between the interior and exterior spaces. The uniform flooring throughout the house blurs the boundaries between inside and outside, enhancing visual continuity.

On the first floor, three suite bedrooms each with a private bathroom offer a serene retreat. The strategic placement of the bedrooms creates an interior terrace bathed in sunlight, seamlessly integrating nature into the living spaces.

Coverlam Porcelain Tiles

Grespania’s Coverlam porcelain tiles find extensive use in various wall and facade surfaces of CA House. These tiles, manufactured using advanced press lamination technology, achieve large formats of 300x100cm with a thinness of 3.5mm, retaining both mechanical strength and aesthetic appeal. This innovation expands the possibilities of porcelain in construction and interior design.
